Get the Company name approved by the Dept. of Planning and Economy. |

Prepare the Memorandum of Association of the company. |

Obtain a Tenancy Contract for the office. |
|
Deposit AED. 150,000/- in a U.A.E. Bank in the name of the company and its shareholders. |
|
Notarise the Memorandum of Association. |
|
Submit the Application to the Dept of Planning and Economy. |
|
Apply and pay the fees to the Ministry of Economy for Commercial Registration. |
|
Apply to the Chamber of Commerce for Membership. |
|
Submit the copy of Commercial registration and Chamber Membership to the Municipality for the issue of license. |
